The next ACT RTO Forum will be held on Thursday 6 April 2017.

Skills Canberra has now completed its relocation to Canberra Nara Centre, 1 Constitution Avenue Canberra.

The submission window for reporting RTO activity data for the March 2017 quarter is from 1 April to 15 April 2017.

The successful 2017 ACT Adult Community Education (ACE) Grants projects have been published on the Chief Minister Treasury and Economic Development Directorate’s website.

Skills Canberra will be relocating to Canberra Nara Centre, 1 Constitution Avenue Canberra from Friday 24 March 2017 – Monday 27 March 2017.

Nominations are open from 15 March to 17 May 2017.

Skills Canberra is seeking expressions of interest from registered training organisations (RTOs) to attend the Unpacking the ACT Quality Framework – Demonstrating and Maintaining Compliance workshop in April 2017.

The RTO is ultimately responsible for ensuring transparent and accurate information about RTO services and performance is accessible to prospective and current learners and clients of the RTO, regardless of any arrangements to have this information distributed on behalf of the RTO.

Transparent and accurate information about RTO services and performance enables prospective and current learners and clients to make informed decisions regarding their training and/or assessment needs.

The information about RTO services and performance provided by the RTO must be relevant to and reflect the needs of the client which will vary from RTO to RTO.

More detail in this section of the guide, including the responsibility of RTOs to provide accurate information to learners about services and qualifications (Clause 4.1).
