How-to: Notifying ASQA of third-party arrangements

RTOs should now use the Third Party Service Arrangement notification online form to notify ASQA of the commencement and cessation of third party service arrangements. (Previously, RTOs were required to notify ASQA of these arrangements using ASQAnet.)

There is no cost associated with submitting the notification form.
