Training delivery process
- Any training delivery and/or assessment must include at a minimum a phone contact.
- You may have already received the Moodle/Catapult assessment, 3rd Party, FCSO however a phone call needs to be made to confirm understanding of the unit, e.g. verbal questions. Then this is recorded, on a Contact Record, that a unit has been assessed over the phone,and the Contact Record is uploaded via the Trainer Portal.
- A student may email to ask you to open another unit in Moodle/Catapult. You open the unit, however a phone call must be made to engage with the student about their learning and explain all assessment tasks.
- Complete a Contact Record stating that a unit has been commenced over the phone, and upload it via the Trainer Portal.
Unit selection process
- The unit selection for each qualification is to be completed prior to the first visit.
- Email the employer and/or student the course outline and call the employer and student to discuss the unit or stream options.
- Notify administration of the units or streams selected via the Trainer Portal. Administration need to be notified of the stream selection for Certificate III in Business before the first visit so they can upload the units into Catapult for you and the student to access.
- At the first visit, deliver 2 units
- Record the details of the visit on a Contact Record and upload into the Trainer Portal.
