VETtrak Trainer Portal



Contact Record Process


The Trainer Portal has created efficiencies for phone and email contacts. The process to complete and upload Contact Records is taking a little more time but please continue to use:

The hardcopy Contact Record

Complete and physically sign the Contact Record, scan the document and upload it via the portal.


Electronic Contact Record

Complete the Contact Record  in Word, convert it to PDF, digitally sign the PDF and upload the PDF Contact Record via the portal.

Trainers are also uploading induction documents via the portal and saving a lot of time.

Support

Nina Louise and Michelle are responding to queries and offering support via elearning.support@megt.com.au


They are also available via phone, but contacting them via this email address can speed up their response when they are jumping in and out of meetings.
