STS closing down period

Please be advised that Training Market Customer Support will be shut down for ​the ​ Christmas/New Year period​ from Monday 26 December 2016 to Friday 6 January 2017 inclusive.

While STS Online systems will continue to be available during this period, please note that technical or other support through Training Market Customer Support will not be available.
​For assistance, please refer to the Smart and Skilled user guides, technical specifications and other documentation available in STS Online under Smart & Skilled Contract Management in Support Documents.

Please continue to report data at least once every 28 days, and ensure that data has been submitted for any Commitment IDs which are due to expire. Payments will continue to be processed during this period.

Training Market Customer Support will be available in the new year from Monday 9 January 2017, when we will recommence our usual business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
